An excellent, informative piece of information about stupid publishers who hire fresh-out-of-college liberal art majors as acquisition editors with no knowledge of world history, the major wars, and why people act as they do. It is a struggle; Every one of my six now-published non-fiction books went through many publishers' rejections before acceptance. Book publiishers are the sorriest businessmen in existence!

I liked it. Yeah, it was like reading a train wreck, but it was a good book--changed my attitudes a bit--definately an anti-smug talisman.

I thought The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was fabulous. Lisbeth is such an interesting character. She's SO smart, and has gone through so much for her age. I'd really like to know more about her twin though. My favorite part was the tattoo she gave that dirtbag! Im about 2/3 done with The Girl Who Played With Fire, and I wish I could take a day off work to get it done, but THEN I'd have to wait for #3 to come out. Why oh Why did Stieg Larsson have to die?? He was such a gifted writer.
